An award badge is only as trustworthy as the record behind it. Every licensed Global Elite Awards title has its own verification ID and a public record, so anyone can confirm it in under a minute. Here is how to check a title, and what the result tells you.
Step 1: Find the verification ID
The ID appears on the official certificate and on the winner’s badge. It identifies one company, one title and one edition.
Step 2: Look it up
Go to globaleliteawards.com/verify and enter the ID, or search by company name.
Step 3: Read the record
The record shows the company, its exact title, the edition in which it was awarded and its current status. The title on the record should match the title the company uses, word for word and year for year.
Why the ID matters
Logos are easy to copy. A record held on our own register is not. A certificate or badge without an ID that resolves on the verification page is not authorised, whatever it looks like. The same applies to a badge showing a different year, a different title or a different company from the one on the record.
What the status means
Titles are not permanent by default. A Global Elite Awards title can be withdrawn if a company no longer meets the standard, misrepresents itself or misuses the marks, and the register reflects that. Checking the record, rather than relying on an old screenshot, is the only way to see the current position.
For clients, partners and press
If you are considering working with a company that presents a Global Elite Awards title, the register is the place to confirm it. If something does not match, or you believe a badge is being used without authorisation, please let us know at support@globaleliteawards.com. Reports help protect every company that holds a title legitimately.
For winners
Your verification ID is one of the most useful parts of your recognition. Linking your badge to your record lets clients confirm your title themselves, which makes it far more persuasive than a logo alone. More about how titles are awarded is on The Award page.
