Welcome to www.globaleliteawards.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Global Elite Awards (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this Website, you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to submit a nomination or to contact us on behalf of a company.
1.2 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 You must not misuse the Website. This includes introducing viruses or harmful code, attempting unauthorised access, or submitting false, misleading or automated information through its forms.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All content on the Website belongs to Global Elite Awards or its licensors. This includes text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, the Global Elite Awards name, and its badges and certificates (the latter three together, the “Marks”).
2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission, except as permitted in section 5.
3. Nominations and Selection
3.1 Nominations are submitted through the nomination form on the Website. Nomination and selection are free.
3.2 By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company concerned.
3.3 Every nominee must meet the eligibility rules published on the Website, including a minimum of two years of operation. We may verify the information provided and may decline any nomination without giving reasons.
3.4 Decisions are made by our panel and are final. The purchase of any product or service never influences a decision.
3.5 The TOP 100 is not open for applications. Companies are invited to participate.
3.6 We may contact the nominated company about its nomination and the outcome.
4. Recognition Packages
Recognition packages, trophies and related services are purchased through our separate online store and are governed by the terms of sale shown there. These Terms do not apply to purchases.
5. Use of the Marks and Verification
5.1 Companies recognised by the Global Elite Awards may display the Marks only as licensed to them, for the title and edition awarded, and without alteration.
5.2 The verification page lists licensed titles and shows their current status. A licence, and the right to display the Marks, may be withdrawn if a company no longer meets the standard, misrepresents itself or misuses the Marks.
5.3 Any use of the Marks that suggests a recognition that was not awarded, or that is no longer current, is not permitted. To report a suspected misuse, please contact support@globaleliteawards.com.
5.4 A recognition reflects the panel’s assessment for the edition concerned. It does not mean that the Global Elite Awards endorses or guarantees a company’s products or services.
6. Published Information
We may publish the name, title, industry and country of recognised companies, together with announcements about their recognition. Requests to correct or remove published information can be sent to support@globaleliteawards.com.
7. Third-Party Links
7.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites.
7.2 We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or reliability of any external website.
8. Privacy and Cookies
8.1 Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8.2 Information you send through the nomination or contact forms is used to process your nomination or to reply to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Elite Awards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
9.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the Website will be free from viruses or harmful code.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Elite Awards, its team and its partners from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
