Toronto, Canada · Toronto-based Bianco Design & Build has been recognised as the Leading Integrated Design-Build Residential Specialist in Canada by the Global Elite Awards 2026. The award celebrates the company’s approach to bringing residential design, planning, and construction together, with a focus on thoughtful spaces, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication.
Specialising in custom homes, additions, and high-end renovations across the Greater Toronto Area, Bianco provides a complete service from initial design and permit coordination through construction, finishing, and handover.
Five Years in Business, More Than a Decade of Experience
Founded by Kevork Bardakjian, Bianco Design & Build has been operating for five years, supported by its founder’s more than ten years of experience in the design-build industry.
That experience shapes a practical, builder-led approach: design decisions are considered alongside budgets, site conditions, construction requirements, and the way clients want to live. The goal is to create homes that are thoughtfully designed and built to last.
One Point of Accountability
Bianco coordinates the designers, consultants, and skilled trades needed to carry each project from concept to completion. Through a single point of contact, clients receive guidance on scope, materials, budgets, scheduling, and construction.
The company is an HCRA-licensed builder, reinforcing its commitment to professional accountability in new-home construction. Across its work, Bianco emphasises clear expectations, careful coordination, and attention to detail.
Its services include custom homes, whole-house and condo renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, legal basement apartments, laneway homes, and garden suites.
Homes Shaped Around Their Owners
Bianco’s work begins with understanding what clients need from their homes. Whether creating more space for a growing family, transforming an existing property, or building a custom residence, the company brings design and construction decisions back to the homeowner’s priorities.
From layouts and lighting to cabinetry, materials, and finishing details, the emphasis is on balancing visual appeal with everyday function.
Recognition and the Road Ahead
The Global Elite Awards 2026 recognition marks a milestone for Bianco Design & Build as it continues to grow its presence across Toronto and the GTA.
“Our goal is to make the entire process feel connected, from the first design conversation to the final walk-through,” says founder Kevork Bardakjian. “We want clients to feel confident in the process and proud of the home we build together.”
